Over the past 10 years we've worked in custom website development and more times than not hear trebidation in a potential client's voice. From trying to find someone who will listen to them, not kill them on price and who will deliver exactly what they need and want.

Some studios offer their list of awards or an impressive client sheet as a reason you should hire them. Still others will offer a low, low price, only to add hidden costs for necessary items (like hosting or your web address) OR that your project looks just the same as 12 other clients.
