Jonite is a new and exciting source of architectural grating for interior and exterior applications. Their stone reinforced grating has been used around the world since 1990 and now is being made available to you. Jonite grating products are ideal for use in areas of high visibility and elegance. With over 8 color choices to select from, Jonite is perfect for accenting stone and tile building materials and compliments colored concrete and paver hardscapes. It is perfect material for use in swimming pools and showers. Jonite’s natural stone look makes it an easy choice for landscaping projects. It is tough enough to be used in roadway applications. It is versatile. It is stylish. It is rugged.

Trench Drain and Catch Basin Grating
The workhorse of the Jonite product line is their trench drain and catch basin grating products. Standard products are available in widths ranging from 125mm – 355mm. Grating thickness varies upon application and load requirement. When used in high traffic areas, the grating has more metal reinforcing. Radius trench grating is available in three radius options: 1.5 meters (5 ft.), 3 meters (10 ft) and 6 meters (20 ft). With the radius grates you have three width selections.
Jonite Trench Drain grates can be used with an existing system or use to build your own custom drain. Pedestrian load rated grates are available for use with standard 100mm wide trench drains offered by MEA, ABT and Smith/ACO. If a tile or stone is covering your drainage surface, the stone may be laid over the channel edge and a thicker grate installed which brings the grate surface level with grade. Jonite offers trim sections, tile strips and corner grates for each of their styles and eight product colors.

Pool and Fountain Grating
Jonite Grates bring added style and grace to swimming pool design and fountain perimeter. Made with 95% natural agglomerated material and fortified with a non-ferrous bonding material, this grating is designed to sustain the required loads and withstand corrosion due to UV exposure and oxidation, even submerged under water.
The Baby Pebble Holes grate is currently our favorite swimming pool pattern. Slotted grates are also available for pool applications. Custom patterns can be made with an added tooling charge.

Tree Grates
Jonite’s tree grate selection is hard to beat. Choose from one of eight tree grate patterns in four standard colors. Area Drains
Jonite makes small area drains (or point drains) that are suited for shower or patio applications. Drains are round and square in shape and come ready with a frame. Square drains can be purchased with a hinge feature connecting the grate to the frame. Heavy duty grates are available for use where automobile traffic will be experienced.
