Freckles & Frills Learning Center Staff

Our staff members are dedicated to the success of the children who attend Freckles & Frills, Inc. All lead teachers have a Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in the Early Childhood Education field. Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten lead teachers are certified educators in the state of Pennsylvania.

Assistant teachers hold either an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a Child Development Associate Credential. Classroom aides are experienced in child care and committed to continuing their education. All staff members, regardless of the degree they hold, participate in over 18 hours of annual professional development training, completed in addition to their scheduled work hours.

These courses ensure that Freckles & Frills staff members remain current on issues relevant to early childhood education.
