We are dually licensed by the Department of Welfare and the Department of Education. Freckles & Frills is also recognized by the Pennsylvania Keystone Stars Program for providing a high quality educative child care program. We pride ourselves on being a multi-cultural center which celebrates diversity and we boast that over 6 languages are spoken in our Center.
