Automatic Delivery

The best way to save: Automatic customers can save .12¢ per gallon by paying for their delivery in 10 days or less. We take the worry out of your heating fuel needs by delivering fuel on an automatic basis. We guarantee* you will never run out of fuel and you do not have to worry about watching you tank and remembering to call to order fuel. After approximately 3 deliveries, our computer system can calculate your home’s usage based on the average daily temperature and your consumption history. Automatic customers must be “filled up” at each delivery.

Ten Day/Ten Cent Discount

Customers paying for their heating fuel within 10 days from delivery can take advantage of our (remove “cash”) discount price: .10¢ off per gallon. You must purchase a minimum of 150 gallons for the delivery to qualify for the discount price. Additional discounts may be available for larger quantities. Budget Plan

A great way to spread out your energy bills and save with the discount price: Using your consumption history and current market conditions we can calculate a monthly payment for you. Budget customers get the discounted price for each delivery and make a monthly payment. The payment is based on 12 months. Your monthly payment may be adjusted periodically if needed. All budget accounts must be cleared (brought to a “0” balance) each year, usually in the summer. Budget payments are due on the 10th of the month. Pre Buy (Price Lock)

Pre purchase your heating oil and you can “lock in” your price for an entire heating season. If the market goes up or down your price remains the same. This program is limited and usually offered in the late summer/early fall. Prices are based on “contracted” future heating oil purchase agreements we enter into to support the program. General Delivery Policy

In most cases we have a 150 gallon minimum delivery requirement. The regular delivery period is Monday thru Friday. Many times fuel is delivered in 1 to 2 days, depending on your location and truck routing. Most orders are delivered in 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Emergency, after hour, and weekend deliveries are subject to a service fee.

*We guarantee that our “automatic” customers will not run out of fuel. On the rare chance you do run out of fuel we will dispatch a driver to come fill you up: nights, weekends, or even on a holiday. Automatic customers must notify us if they experience a change that would drastically alter their usage rate.
